We continue to feed our growing workforce through our successful Apprenticeship Programme, by targeting opportunities for new Apprentices within the communities and areas in which we work. By appraising each employee and undertaking Personal Development Reviews combined with ongoing training programmes we ensure the skills and knowledge required to be a skilled tradesperson are handed on from one generation to the next.

J.S. Harvie and Co Group employ a workforce of in-house operatives, supervisors and apprentices. We do not employ subcontractors therefore extra costs are eliminated.
